Terms of Service

Using NOXIRA

NOXIRA offers AI-assisted image generation and a private gallery. The service is for adults aged 18 or older and is not available in mainland China. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and activity under your account.

Your content

Only submit content you have the rights and permissions to use. Do not create or upload sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or material that violates applicable law or another person's rights. AI results may be inaccurate or differ from the input.

Trials and diamonds

Eligible users may receive a limited number of blurred previews. Unlocking a clear trial result requires eligible paid diamonds. Prices, diamond allowances and the cost of each action are shown in the service. Diamond packs and time-limited plans are purchased once and do not automatically renew. Monthly allowances expire at their next refresh and do not roll over. Existing order terms continue to apply.

Payments and support

The payment provider displays the final checkout amount and any fees. For payment problems, refunds, access requests or other support, contact [email protected]. Any rights you have under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

Availability and privacy

Generation times are estimates and availability may change. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle account information and content.
